Note
Me and my brother created openlyy for the passion we have for indie businesses. Our mom has been running a small art class for the best part of the last 15 years in a small town in kerala, India which was is what helped fund our life and education as kids. We have seen the love and care our mom put towards building and maintaining the business which was like another child to her.
We're also incredibly grateful for all the businesses around our town which helped us in one way or the other in becomimg what we are now. But all of them, including our mom's had one issue in common. They find it incredibly hard to keep up with the customer queries.
None of those businesses were careless. They were busy, doing the actual work, and the messages piled up.
We believe that businesses require access to modern tech In the post AI era to stay relevant and it should not be something that only big businesses have access to.

What is Openlyy?
Openlyy gives your business a shareable page with an AI assistant. Visitors can ask about your products, services, and FAQs, then leave an enquiry for you to follow up.
How do I teach the AI about my business?
Add your business information, upload documents, and enter your products and FAQs. Your AI uses that saved information as its reference when answering visitors.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Choose a username, add your information, and publish your page. You can update your content from your dashboard.
Can I share my page on Instagram?
Yes. Put your Openlyy link in your bio, share it in messages, or add it to an away message you configure in Instagram. Visitors follow the link to chat on your page.
How do I receive customer enquiries?
Visitors can share their contact details through the chat. Their enquiry and conversation appear in your dashboard inbox. Inbox access depends on your plan.
Can I change what my AI knows?
Yes. Edit your business information, documents, products, and FAQs from the dashboard. Saved updates inform the AI’s next replies.
Can I try Openlyy for free?
Yes. You can create a free account with a monthly AI message allowance. Your dashboard shows your usage, available plans, and extra message options.
